Portable shelters are an excellent way to provide shade during outdoor events and this all-weather 10' x 10' pop up canopy tent will help keep you out of the elements so you can enjoy your time with family and friends. The weather resistant polyester top has reinforced corners to prevent ripping or tearing and is UV coated to resist fading from the sun's rays. Simply unfold the fabric top, attach to the upper frame with the hook and loop fasteners, extend the bottom legs and pull open for instant protection.

Strength and durability abound in this instant canopy. The powder coated steel frame is rust and corrosion resistant and locks in place with a "pinch free" locking mechanism. The height adjustable frame takes you from the backyard to the beach and everywhere in between. This canopy pop up tent folds up when not in use and has its own bag for easy storage.

This quick shade canopy includes the frame, canopy top and stabilizing ground stakes. Assembly takes less than 10 minutes and does not require tools. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Stars Chairs ships to the forty-eight contiguous states, including the District of Columbia. Both Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments are delivered by UPS®, FedEx® or other LTL carriers. If you choose to use your own LTL shipping account or UPS/FEDEX it is your responsibility to contact shipping company for updates. 

The exact delivery date of your order may depend on several factors, including, without limitation, the date and time you place your order, the schedules and processes of our shipping partners, holiday schedules, weather, and other factors. Even though we try to anticipate delays, we cannot predict or always prepare for delays caused by carriers, mistakes in delivery or shipment information, changes to orders, strikes, severe weather, or other similar circumstances. If there is a delay, we will do whatever we can to help move things along, although we cannot promise we will be able to resolve the delay.
